Eagle Creek is a tribe of travelers

Born in the San Jacinto Mountains of California in 1975 where founders Steve and Nona Barker ran a retail store called Mountain People. Today, they’re a company focused on outfitting the traveler to help make their experience better and the discoveries greater.

Leading the Creative Services team I worked to improve the overall perception of the brand, systemize and streamline the use of visual elements and messaging, reduce costs and create visual and messaging standards.

Focusing first on aspirational design infused with wanderlust to engage and inspire travelers. That aspirational focus then filtered down into all retail, online and consumer touch points.

It was during this time that Eagle Creek transitioned from a wholesale manufacturer distributed to North American and European specialty retailers, to a global licensing model distributed in thirty-three countries.

Producing a majority of the marketing projects for the company. Handling a multitude of creative tasks at including advertising, identity work, catalog design, packaging, retail presentation, product photography, and print management.
